Ph.D. student at Georgia Tech
I’m a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech, working with Daniel K. Molzahn. I also hold an M.S. in Mathematics and work as a graduate research assistant at Sandia National Laboratories.
My research brings together optimization, probability, and numerical analysis to better understand electric power systems. I study how the structure of electrical networks can make their models more reliable and their computation more efficient.
Decision making for electric grids, from transmission planning to robust voltage control.
Random matrix methods for understanding uncertain electrical networks.
Structure, complexity, and the limits of computation in power system analysis.

Before graduate school, I worked as an electrical design engineer at Southern Nuclear. I received my B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech in December 2022.
Outside research, I enjoy fencing, wildlife preservation, and community volunteering.
At Georgia Tech, I serve as mentorship chair for the ECE Graduate Student Organization and vice chair of the IEEE Power & Energy Society student chapter.
